Thesis is devoted to theoretical and empirical research of gender specifics of professional deformation of police officers in Ukraine. Gender specifics of psychological structure of police officers' activity with different levels of professional deformation. Gender specifics of methods and forms of police officers' psychological response with different levels of professional deformation are defined. Social and psychological consequences of police officers' professional deformation as individuals: men and women are identified. Implementation of the developed training "Prevention of police officers' professional deformation" will provide an opportunity to improve the effectiveness of psychological support of police officers' service.
