The thesis is devoted to the model of forming the professional culture of future managers on gender basis in the process of their professional training in higher educational establishments. The thesis elucidates the essence of the investigated problem, the main terms are researched. The work defines the terms "professional culture", "professional culture of managers", "gender basis", and highlights the main trends of gender management. The work defines the structure of professional culture of managers, the model of forming the professional culture of future managers on gender basis is developed and experimentally tested. The thesis theoretically rationalizes and practically verifies the main criteria (motivational, cognitive-activity, reflective) and indicators (motives of learning and labour activities, motivation of gender parity in professional activities, individual and gender beliefs, values; professional knowledge and skills in management, knowledge of gender bases, individual qualities; social maturity, self-esteem, ability to solve gender situations in professional activities, culture self-development), and levels of development the professional culture of future managers on gender basis (high, medium, low). The effectiveness of the models of professional culture of future managers in higher educational establishments has been proven experimentally.
