The theoretical principles and methodological approaches to the making use of electronic means of teaching in the studies and educational process of educational establishments are investigated in the thesis; the urgent state of the problem of teachers' training to the making use of electronic means of teaching in the theory, school practice and the system of post-graduate pedagogical education is specified; the organizational and pedagogic conditions of the forming of teachers' readiness for the making use of electronic means of teaching are formulated, theoretically proved and experimentally checked; the methods of teachers' readiness for the making use of electronic means of teaching is developed, proved and experimentally evaluated.
