Poletylo K. Juridical Remedy of Information Rights and Freedoms of a Man and a Citizen

The thesis is dedicated to issues concerning the protection of information human and civil rights and freedoms in the court. Main difficulties of the juridical protection of information human rights and freedoms were found out by polling of judges from courts of the general jurisdiction. The comparative analysis of the domestic Constitution as well as the Constitution of EU countries and the USA showed that democracy and human rights are commonly the leading idea in the legal provision of information human rights and freedoms in these countries. Both reasons of the non-observance of the Convention on Fundamental Freedoms by local courts. In addition, trends of the juridical remedy of information human and civil rights were formulated.
