Essay

Dissertation investigates jurisprudence in the national legal system in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine. The historical aspects of jurisprudence, its shape, main features and the classification of types of jurisprudence in Ukraine are defined. There are analyzed the function and value of the legal phenomenon, and also the system of jurisprudence characteristics in determining its role in the economic, criminal, environmental and labor legal regimes. The paper reveals the ways of improvement of the use of jurisprudence in domestic judiciary. There is developed a set of measures necessary for the proper performance of the Supreme Court of Ukraine of its main functions - ensuring uniformity of jurisprudence.
