Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to researching the features of the structural reorganization of the liver and intensity of apoptosis-mediated factors in case of the acute lung injury, based on investigation of morphological, morphometric and metabolic processes in the organ, tissue and subcellular levels. It has been established the disproportional kind of morphological changes of hepatocytes and stroma in case of respiratory distress syndrome of newborns. Thus, in polysegmental atelectasis lung injury in the liver slightly are pronounced hyperemia, discomplectation of hepatic beams, signs of hyaline-drop protein dystrophy of center-lobular and fatty degeneration of periportal hepatocytes. In hyaline membrane syndrome signs of focal cell proliferation of portal stroma, necrosis of center-lobular and fatty degeneration of periportal hepatocytes are dominated in general structure of morphological changes. In hemorrhagic-edematous syndrome the increasing of relative liver volume occurs mainly due to the increasing of the relative volume of sinusoids in 26.8 %, central veins in 22.2 % and portal tracts in 5.3 %. In experimental acute lung injury structural reorganization of the liver has stereotyped features, characterized by violation of stromal-parenchymal relations and manifests by maximum development of apoptotic changes in conjunction with necrotic for 24 hour of experiment.
