Object - future education managers' professional preparation. Purpose - to ground theoretically and approve experimentally the training technology of formation of future education managers' professional reliance. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistic. Theoretical results and novelty - the essence of the phenomenon 'future education manager' professional reliance' has been revealed; the structure of future education managers' professional reliance (psychological, processual and self-regulation component) has been determined; the criteria of future education managers' professional reliance (activation, efficiency and trans-situativeness of personal attributes) and indices have been defined; the levels of future education managers' professional reliance (low, middle, sufficient) have been defined; the essence of the notions 'educational manager's professional management activity' and 'effectiveness of educational manager's management activity' have been specified. Practical results - the training technology of formation of future education manager's professional reliance which is an ordered complex of training exercises and directed on the development of personal attributes of future educational managers and determine the performance of professional reliance during professional management activity has been developed and put into practice. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher educational establishments.
