Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the issue of creation of new medicine with combined composition in the form of rectal suppositories for complex treatment of prostatitis. On the basis of the results of organizational and economic, physical and chemical, pharmaco-technological, biopharmaceutical and pharmacological studies, composition and rational production technology of suppositories "Trezivit-prost", which contain aspen bark dry extract, zinc sulphate heptahydrate, tocopherol acetate, were developed. Methodology of standardization of the developed medicine is offered. Term and conditions of storage are determined.; industry - pharmacy.
