Essay

It was found that aspirin and its derivatives (acetylsalicylates of cobalt and zinc) had a physiological effect of certain direction and intensity (depending to ultra-low doses). It was shown the most pronounced analgetic effect of acetylsalicylate zinc and psychoactive - acetylsalicylate cobalt. It was determined that the "spikes of activity" of aspirin and its derivatives separated by a "dead zone" (the range of doses of 40*10-5-40*10-7 mg/kg, in which effect of substance is absent). It is shown that analgetic, antidepressant and antistress action studied acetylsalicylates in ultra-low doses depends from the functional state of noradrenergic braking system and dopaminergic systems, namely the operation of D2-receptors. It is shown that the mechanism of varying degrees of severity antidepressant and analgesic action of aspirin and its salts in ultra-low doses due to the physiological state of serotonergic system. It was shown that the expression of antidepressant and analgesic activity acetylsalicylate cobalt, which was not typical to their standard dose is probably dependent from the physiological state 5HT3- and 5HT4 receptors respectively.
