Object: ukrainian people, who lived in Zakerzonnya; objective: objective coverage and analysis of the main characteristics and peculiarities of Ukrainian migration from Poland, their resettlement and socio-economic arrangement and adaptation in the eastern regions of the USSR during the second half of the 1940s; methods: comparative historical, problem-chronological and retrospective; results: analyzed degree research the chosen topics in historiography, defined the level of its initial ensuring, reveals reasons attracting the territory of the eastern regions of the USSR in the resettlement areas, established the factors that influenced the choice of the Ukrainian people Zakerzonnya resettle from Poland to the eastern region of the Ukrainian SSR, illuminated regional peculiarities of the process of reception, resettlement, household devices and conditions socio-cultural, work adaptation of migrants in the eastern regions of the USSR, investigated the main problems of the process and the final device adaptation of Ukrainians who were evacuated from Poland; novelty: the first time consided the process of resettlement Ukrainian people from Poland, that was held at constant changes to the plans of their settlement on the territory of the USSR, first considered the question of the territorial resettlement of migrants in the USSR in a statistical perspective, proved their placement in the villages and towns of 44 districts of the Eastern region, have specified amount of displaced families placed at each administrative-territorial unit; branch: history of Ukraine.
