Essay

This dissertation is a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of the Romanian ethnic community in the Odessa region, where the author outlines the main stages of development of the Ukrainian-Romanian relations in etnonantsionalny area, considered the formation and activities of the Odessa Regional Romanian National Cultural Association «Bessarabia» and made scientific and theoretical explanation of the emergence of a large of the Romanian socio-political organizations in the region in the post-Soviet period. Therefore, the thesis conducted a content analysis for the third phase of monitoring the rights of ethnic Romanians in Odessa and studied the changes that occurred in the period of life of Romanian and Moldovan communities of Southern Bessarabia in the political, linguistic, and religious spheres.
