In dissertation work technology of cleaning of thick produkts of sugar production is improved with the use of mathematical design and decision of tasks of optimization. Efficiency of application of poligeksametilenguanidin hydrochloride (PGMGH) is experimentally proven in combination with active coal of brand of SKN-3 or cellulose for cleaning of thick produkts of sugar production for the increase of their high-quality indexes and increase of output of white sugar. Is proven efficiency of the use of the complex untoxic reagent for determination mass part of saccharose of thick produkts in the sugar produktion.
