The thesis is devoted to the increase in efficiency of the cooling system storage of fruit and vegetables. This optimization problem is solved of the cooling system storage of fruit and vegetables ,necessary for designing cold rooms for storage of fruits and vegetables, with the tasks of conservation. The thesis is about effectiveness increase for fruit and vegetables store cooling system. Cooling system optimization for cooling chamber engineering which is made for fruit and vegetables store together with energy savings problem solution are done.
