The results of researches of prospects of application of periodic accumulation of cold are in-process presented at heat treatment of food products for the different sort of industrial food enterprises. An experimental stand is created for research of influence of application of period-ic accumulation of cold to work of refrigeration unit on the whole, on its separate vehicles and operating parameters of the system (temperatures of condensation, boiling, in a cham-ber), and also for comparing of the system to the periodic accumulation of cold and system of the direct boiling.
