Object - professional training of future fine arts teachers in the process of university education. Purpose - to ground theoretically and check experimentally the pedagogical conditions of formation of the future fine art teachers availability to the artistic works interpretation. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistic. Theoretical results and novelty - the essence of the phenomenon 'future fine arts teachers availability to the artistic works interpretation', its component structure (motivational and axiological, cognitive, pragmatist and creative), criteria (motivational, cognitive, reflexive and effective) and their indices have been defined; the levels of the students availability formation to the fine works interpretation (high, middle, low) have been characterized; the pedagogical conditions of formation of the future fine art teachers availability to the artistic works of fine arts interpretation have been defined. Practical results - the methodology of levels of diagnostics of future fine art teachers availability to the artistic works interpretation, the program of elective course 'Artistic works analysis and interpretation' and methodological recommendations have been elaborated and introduced.
