Shahraychuk I. Resistance Movement in Dnipropetrovsk in the Great Patriotic War 1941 - 1944 рp.

The object - is the forms of resistance and the survival strategies of the population of Ukraine during the Nazi occupation. The aim is to trace and analyze the main forms and methods of Dnipropetrovsk region population struggle during Nazi occupation. General scientific methods of analysis and synthesis (inductive and deductive, statistical, method of classification) were used as well as scientific-historical, historical and genetic, historical-typological, historical-comparative. Scientific novelty of the present dissertation lies in working out and developing the problem of Resistance, Movement in Dnipropetrovsk region during the Cireat Patriotic War not only within the context of war but also social and regional history. Practical significance of the results obtained is defined by the fact that the materials of the dissertation can be used while working on the history of Dnipropetrovsk region, particularly, of the period of Cireat Patriotic War, when working on the courses on contemporary history of Ukraine.
