The author suggests the model of preparation future teachers to innovative activity using information technologies. The pedagogical conditions are well grounded in the thesis, such as: the understanding by the students of the value and the necessity to use IT in the process of teaching, the formation of the system of knowledge about innovations in pedagogic and in IT, the formation of skills of using IT in the learning process at schools, the preparation of future teachers to create their own IT products, to draw the teachers into Internet society; the criteria are developed evaluative-motivational, cognitive, operating, creative.
