The dissertation is devoted to development methods of assessment and persistence of ship's functional complexes of technical systems (SFCS) survivability during their operation. The developed method of survivability threat assessment by striking and the diagnostic pulses, allows to determine the degree of structural and functional survivability threat for each of the SFCS units and the method of construction of the technical state of forecasting and decision support systems (DSS) to assess and ensure the survivability of ships SFCS during their operation. DSS is based on the principle of the use of cognitive-imitation model SFCS.
