Object: social and domestic sphere of life of Ukrainian population mid 50's - early 60-ies of XX century; objective: analyze and summarize the experience of implementing reforms aimed at improving the conditions daily life of the population, which were held in the USSR in general and particularly in the Donbass during stay led by of the union state of Nikita Khrushchev; methods: problematic, chronological, historical and comparative, historical and genetic, critical, retrospective, historiographical analysis, statistical; results: elucidated major strategic and tactical forms of performing Khrushchev's reforms in the period of so-called "thaw", is shown social policy of the Soviet state for the Advancement living conditions concerning the working class, the peasantry and the intelligentsia in the Donbass; displayed effects of implementation of reform efforts of Nikita Khrushchev to the level financial and domestic life of different social groups region of miners; novelty: the object and subject of the dissertation correspond to a new paradigm - "history from below", i.e., the history of everyday life; branch: History of Ukraine.
