Object - novice teachers' of electrical and technical disciplines professional activity in technical university; aim -to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of pedagogical culture development in novice teachers of electrical and technical disciplines in technical university on lecturers' pedagogical culture forming in professional activity; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to substantiate and experimentally test pedagogical conditions of pedagogical culture development in novice teachers of electrical and technical disciplines in technical university; the essence of pedagogical culture of novice teachers of electrical and technical disciplines in technical university as a dynamic system-based personality formation incorporating pedagogical values of engineer education, special knowledge and skills, personality qualities providing for efficiency of professional pedagogical activity carrying out in technical higher education institutions has been specified; forms and methods ensuring raising of quality of professional training and scientific-pedagogical activity in the teaching staff of higher education institutions have acquired further investigation; results - the pedagogical conditions of pedagogical culture development in novice teachers of electrical and technical disciplines have been experimentally tested, the results of the experiment have proved their efficiency, the researched conditions are worth extended implementation in the teaching process in technical higher education institutions. The results of the research, acquired teaching and methodological materials will be useful to department managers in technical universities for drafting adaptation plans and programmes, to those engaged in the system of professional development programmes for higher education institutions teaching staff in lectures on Humanities and professional training disciplines, in the organization of methodological activities for novice teachers, they will be valuable for writing textbooks and teaching manuals; field - pedagogy
