Tolok I. Development of psychological and pedagogical competence of future military management masters in postgraduate system.

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental study of future military management masters psychological and pedagogical competence development in postgraduate system. A methodology of future military management masters psychological and pedagogical competence development in postgraduate system has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked. This methodology includes the conceptual part (objective, tasks, classification of techniques, pedagogical approaches, principles), procedures (pedagogical conditions, stages of development), methodological support (forms of activities, techniques, subjects, assessment criteria, development levels, result). For the diagnostics of levels of psychological and pedagogical competence development in future military management masters in postgraduate system the assessment criteria have been defined and substantiated (motivational-evaluating, integrating, individual and cognitive). Practical recommendations for the teaching staff as for individual-oriented methodology implementation of psychological and pedagogical competence development of officers in the educational process of higher educational establishments have been worked out.
