Kupchyshyna V. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of the culturological training of future border guard officers.

The research is dedicated to the studying the problem of the culturological training of future border guard officers during the professional training. In the research the culturological training of future border guard officers is defined as a part of the professional training that provides formation the culturological knowledge system needed for the professional activity; mastering the main principles and forms of the professional communicative culture and also ensuring the national-cultural self-identification through alternative studying of the culture corresponding strategies of the professional activity on state border protection estimation. In the culturological training structure of the border guard officers the following components are distinguished: culturological tendency, culturological competence and culturological expertness. The criteria and indexes of the given formation are defined; state and levels of the culturological efficiency of future border guard service officers are characterized. The methodology and organizational pedagogical conditions of culturological training of future border guard officers are characterized and experimentally checked in the system of professional training due to providing with motivation of future border guard officers for engagement in extension of culturological efficiency, matter, form and methods improvement of culturological training and usage of the intellectual teaching system. The special course «Culturological training of the future border guard officers» is elaborated. As a result, practical recommendations for the academic and teaching staff concerning the improvement of the culturological training of the future border guard officers are worked out.
