The paper considers the source base and examines the concept of professional readiness primary school teacher. There were determinate the structure, criteria, indicators and levels of future primary school teachers. Analyzed of methodological approaches of the problem of Conformation of preparedness for future professional activity of primary school teachers in "college-university". Developed and implemented a model of Conformation of preparedness for future professional activity of primary school teachers in "college-university". Theoretically grounded and tested educational facilities for professional training of school teachers in "college-university". There were ensured consistent implementation of a comprehensive program with the principle of continuity.
