Nesteriak Y. Transformation of communication environment in the context of modern media politics of Ukraine

Dissertation is sanctified to consideration of media politics of Ukraine in European context and analysis of its influence on forming and transformations of communication environment. The expediency of using the term "national media politics" is grounded in research, and tasks of media politics are indicated in the conditions of development of world and national media space. Except that, authorial classification of transformations of communication environment and classification of social media, the model of communication environment is worked out and described, the chart of continuous media education is offered in dissertation. In dissertation research the methods of media educational work are described, which can be used in the process of media education of Ukrainian society. Theoretical positions of dissertation research can be used for further study of the issues, set in thesis, and serve for continuation of researches on peculiarities of functioning of communication environment. Practical recommendations in relation to making and realization of media policy can be used during the work of specialists in informative industry, in particular, in the work of State Committee of television and radio broadcasting. Materials of work can be taken as the basis during the conclusion of educational and methodical manuals, in particular to enrich courses, which examine the theories of mass and social communications, media culture and media education for the students of humanitarian faculties of higher educational establishments.
