Іn theory the composition and technology of preparation of "Lipargin" is experimentally grounded for treatment and prevention of male infertility. On the basis of results of physical, physical and chemical, pharmaco-technological, biopharmaceutical, microbiological and pharmacological researches the composition and rational technology of suppositories "Lipargin" of androgenic action are grounded. The methods of standardization of androgenic preparation of "Lipargin" are developed, its stability is studied and period of validity is set. Through pharmacological researches harmlessness of preparation and possessing the expressed androgenic action is well-proven. The projects of technological industrial regulation and methods of control of quality are developed on preparation of "Lipargin".
