Thesis deals with the issues of scientific study and practical development of the reconstruction of the Ukrainian historic costume. An integrated system of compositional and constructive arrangement of the outer clothing forms for example, the Ukrainian historic menswear, was developed in this research. A mathematical model for determining of the historic clothing design parameters based on identified correlations between them has been proposed
