Object of study: idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, the goal - to study the safety, efficacy, and to develop optimal regimes of oxygen therapy in patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia; methods of investigation: clinical, laboratory, functional, statistical; novelty: new data on the status of the central regulation of respiration in patients with reduced levels of carbon dioxide in the blood were obtained, for the first time the possible negative impact of oxygen therapy on pulmonary ventilation and blood gases composition in patients with hypocapnia were investigated, for the first time a comparative study of the diffusion mechanisms of disorders of lung function, which determines the effectiveness of oxygen therapy, in patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease wer performed. Field of application - medicine.
