Essay

The thesis contains the results of epizootic monitoring and distribution of bovine Chlamydiosis in the farms of Ukraine. The embryonic strain of C. psittaci KMIEV 36 to cell line of bovine embryonic lung was adapted. It is studied a spectrum of pathogenicity of a culture strain PM 11 of Chlamydia for chicken embryos, white mice and porpoises. The diagnosticum 'Erytrocytic antigen and serums kit for Chlamydiosis diagnostics in farm and fur-producing animals' for identification of antibodies against Chlamydia by the indirect hemagglutination test. The comparative efficiency of before mentioned kit, developed in NSC 'IECVM', and 'Erytrocytic dried Chlamidial diagnosticum for the indirect hemagglutination test' (RPA 'Biomed', Perm, Russia) was estimated by indirect hemagglutination test. The laboratory guidelines of the methods for differential diagnostics and specific prevention tools (vaccines, serum) and preparations for treatment and prophylaxis "Diagnostics, prophylaxis and treatment of genital diseases of cattle caused by mixed infection of viral and bacterial etiology (Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis/infectious pustular vulvovaginitis, bovine viral diarrhea, chlamydiosis, mycoplasmosis)" were developed and registered.
