Essay

Materials containing the results of experimental studies on the development of product for specific prevention of bovine infectious rhinotracheitis for intradermal application on the basis of the production strain of infectious rhinotracheitis virus 'Moldavsky' and study of its immunogenic efficiency in laboratory and production conditions are defended in the dissertation. Cell culture НВ which has a high productive capacity of monolayer formation during roller cultivation, provides active reproduction of the virus and the accumulation of its initial biomass for the production of vaccines, has been tested in comparison with ТрТ and ВНК 21. Under laboratory conditions on white mice, rabbits and calves in trouble concerning bovine infectious rhinotracheitis farms, there has been studied the immunogenicity of samples of inactivated vaccine against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis for intradermal use. There has been shown that inactivated by 0.05 % formaldehyde strain of the infectious rhinotracheitis virus, reproduced in culture of continuous cells HB with a final infectiveness titer 8,0 lg TCD50/сm3, in the ratio 85:15 with innovative polymeric adjuvant Montanide Gel induces actively virus neutralizing antibodies in the organism of vaccinated animals
