Essay

The problem of obtained from in vitro meristeme culture potato seed material propagation by different methods of micro clones propagation with use of microbiological substances is highlighted in dissertation thesis. It is established that addition of 0.5 ml per liter water suspension of saprophyte bacterial substance KLEPS® produced from rhizospheric bacteria Pseudomonas sp. 139 IMBG to nutrition suspension of mineral salts is an important factor of micro clone propagation. The method of pre-basic seed potato material obtaining by in vitro micro clone propagation, in vitro-ex vitro cultivation of plantlets and obtaining of high productive seed tubers during seed material cultivation in greenhouses and in field conditions is invented. It is proved for the first time that bio primation of potato seed tubers immediately before planting by suspension of associated with variety entophytes bacteria is an important factor of potato protection from fungi and bacteria diseases. The efficiency of use of pre-basic seed potato material obtained by use of bacterial substance KLEPS® in elite seed potato growing is demonstrated.
