Essay

The aim of the thesis is to develop the improved technology for the definition of tramp vessel's optimal main elements and characteristics at the initial stages of design. For this goal achieving the special technique was created, the criterion of efficiency was selected with corresponding system of trivial and functional limitations. The technique include formulation and solution of tasks, which are deals with tramp vessels' functioning. During this process the effect of random conditions of operation is taking into account. These innovations help to create a optimizational mathematical model which can find main characteristics of tramp vessel on the early stages of its designing.
