The optimization of a mechanical tracking system hoisting device underwater vehicle based on the formulation and solution of that system problems. System consideration of the effects of fluctuations underwater vehicle, communication cable attachment point on the vessel carrier due to rolling of the ship, other external factors that are probabilistic in nature, as well as cost and design parameters. Thesis solves a specific scientific problem that is essential for shipbuilding and opens a new direction in science optimum design of ship equipment.
