Danko I. Epizootological monitoring of bovine leukemia and methods of approach to sanitation facilities.

The thesis deals with theoretical and practical aspects of the regularities of epizootic process of a leukemia of а cattle, and increasing of efficiency of improving health measures against leukemia on the basis of early detection and elimination from herds of sources of the causative agent of an infection is theoretically and experimentally proved. Introduction of new system of diagnostic testings allowed to revitalize the agricultural enterprises of area completely. Epizootic studies have shown that radioactive pollution of territories doesn't cause and doesn't promote emergence of new unsuccessful areas and infection distribution. The experiment proved not identical sensitivity and specificity of ELISA using diagnostic kits of different producers. Possibility of research of milk of cows (individual and combined tests) by the ELISA method for immunological diagnostics of a bovine leukemia of cattle is experimentally proved. The system evaluation epizootic welfare on farms bovine leukemia using prefabricated milk samples for ELISA. Research has not established sources of pathogen leukemia virus among sheep and wildlife.7452
