Kotenko R. Tourist Excursion Business in Precarpathia in the 70s-80s of the 20th century.

The thesis is dedicated to the tourist excursion business development in Precarpathia in the 1970s-80s of the 20th century. Ideological principles, management vertical, infrastructure of soviet tourist excursion system, social and economic, natural and geographic, historic and cultural, organizational and management preconditions of tourism and excursions development in Precarpathia have been revealed. The institutional formation and main trends of tourist excursion activities in Ivano-Frankivsk region have been outlined on the basis of the analysis of extensive sources and diverse professional literature.Planned tourism as a distribution system of tourist excursion services; organizational principles, social and educational significance of self regulated tourism; peculiarities of tourist excursion work as formation means of growing up generation have been researched. The role of Bureau of International Youth Tourism "Suputnyk" in the development of international exchange has been explicated.
