Zakharova T. Etiopathogenetical connection of cows’ ovary pathology with dysfunction of immune system and methods of their biocorrection

Dissertation for the Candidate Degree in Veterinary Medicine, speciality 16.00.07 – Veterinary Obstetrics. – S. Z. Gzhytskyy Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies MAPF of Ukraine, Lviv, 2013. The thesis is devoted to the development of complex methods of cows’ treatment with persistent corpus luteum and ovarian hypofunction. Studies indicate that in Khmelnitsky region’s households cows’ ovarian dysfunction in the structure of reproductional pathology is about 70%, moreover the ovarian hypofunction and persistence of the corpus luteum in average is nearly 46% of cows with gynecological deseases. Complex-sequential schemes for treatment cows with persistent corpus luteum and ovarian hypofunction are developed: firstly animals undergo injections of general-action medication (hemo serum (HS), colostrum or mixture of colostrum and preparation ASD-f-2) for three times, then – hormonal and prostaglandin. HS therapy applied to cows with persistent corpus luteum was proved to increase luteinizing effect of "broestrofan" and the fertility of females. The expediency and effectiveness of combined application of "broestrofan" and dotsytol as well as their intraarterial injection were proved. Paravaginal injection of colostrum and its combination with ASD-f-2 preparation was proved to be a highly effective and environmentally safe method of stimulating therapy, it ensures a higher gonadotropic effect of "follihon" and restoration of reproductive function of cows with ovarian hypofunction as well as it increases their fertility. The new data of the homeostasis of the organism dynamics under the influence of paravaginal injection of HS, colostrum and its combination with the preparation ASD-f-2 was acquired. The usage of the developed schemes of biostmulants injections helps to restore the defective hematological and immunological parameters of sick animals’ organisms.
