Shumanskiy Y. Mastitis of the cows in the period start and wood (diagnosis, treatment, and prevention).

The dissertation is devoted to the study of mastitis of cows in the period start and wood, development of methods of its diagnostics and internal cycternal of the drug. It is established, that diagnostic test of subclinical mastitis of cows in the period start and wood is the content of the secret of the mammary gland neutrophil count of more than 30 % and macrophages less than 20 %. Experimentally substantiated creation of internal cycternal anti mastitis preparation "PROTYMAST DS" on vaseline-paraffin basis with enrofloxacin, benzatyn benzynpenicilin and ampicillinom. It was found out, that a preparation "PROTYMAST DS" reduces content in the blood of the cows of the products of peroxide oxidation of lipids, activates the enzyme system of antioxidant protection, positively influences the state of humoral link of the immune system and reduces the number of post calving mastitis in 3.8 times. Correction immunebiological reactivity of the organism of cows in the period start and wood textile product "STF" has allowed to increase the content of immunoglobulin A and B class, intensify the processes of the antioxidant protection of the organism and reduce the content of the products of peroxide oxidation of lipids. The results of the research have proved that the application of the "PROTYMAST DS" and tissue preparation "STF" in the period start and dead wood prophylactics the pathology of the calving and post calving period, reduces the service period, respectively, to 120-112 days with the index of insemination of 1.5 and 1.4.
