Garaev A. Axiological-conative element of professional identity of students of pharmaceutical specialties

The object-matter of the research: professional identity of students pharmacists. The subject-matter of the research: valuable and motivational components of professional identity of students pharmacists.The methods of the research. For achievement of a goal and the solution of the research problems theoretical methods (the theoretical and methodological analysis, systematization and generalizations of different views on a studied problem, allocation of the conceptual and categorical device of the research), empirical methods (empirical methods, the content analysis, testing, interrogation) and mathematical and statistical methods (Student's t-test. correlation analysis) are used. Scientific novelty of the research:- the features of valuable and motivational components of professional identity of group of students (insufficient formation, egoistical motives and values, administrative aspirations) are revealed; - key views of researchers on an assessment of criteria of professional identity on the basis of leading theoretical approaches to a problem are systematized; - differences in valuable and motivational characteristics of professional identity of students, experts and teachers in the pharmacy sphere are established; - the subspecies of professional identity which are characterized as "professional and administrative identity" are allocated; - valuable and motivational components of professional identity in the course of educational and professional socialization through system of career orientations of students, pharmacists are considered; - the positive relation to the professional future of students and interns are determined - professional focused nature of "I" development is established, prevalence of individual interests is expressed, life quality improvement orientation of teachers and experts of pharmacy are pointed out; - features of a professional and administrative orientation of students and interns are marked out; - systematization of key views of researchers on an assessment of criteria of professional identity got further development.The research has its practical value since the theoretical provisions which are received as a result of scientific research and the actual material of ONU named after I.I.Mechnikov (The transactions No. 8, February 27, 2013) are used in the courses "Management Psychology", "Work Psychology", "Selection and Placement of Personnel Psychology". The results of the research are also used for improvement of educational process of preparation of future pharmacists, students of chemical faculty of ONU named after I.I.Mechnikov (the introduction act No. 7, May 15, 2013) and are also used for work of services of the personnel during the experts selection of the corresponding profile.
