Essay

The object of the study is speech activity of the individual.The subject matter is psychological peculiarities of speech of patients with efferent motor aphasia with efferent motor aphasia after stroke.Methods of the rearch: Theoretical methods: Analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization of scientific sources for the study of psychological and psycholinguistic principles of speech activities of persons after stroke as well as the relationship of speech with emotional states and inner picture of health; Empirical methods: observation , interview, neuropsychological diagnostic methods of an individual introduced by A. Luria, Ye. Khomskaya; psycholinguistic diagnostic method introduced by A. Luria, Zung self-rating depression scale; Spielberger state-trait anxiety inventory; Luscher color test;natural psychological experiment accompanied by mathematical and statistical data analysis to establish the reliability of differences between speech activity indicators before and after implementation of an intensive correction program on the basis of Student's t-test; Pearson's r- factor to identify the relationship between emotional states and parameters of speech used. The statistical data analysis was carried out using computer software SPSS for Windows (version 10.0).The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author has identified for the first time speech features of patients after stroke with efferent motor aphasia in the recovery period , has defined interdependence of language activities with mental states of these people , as well as an internal picture of health; suggested a methodology for comprehensive neuropsychological investigation of verbal activity of persons after stroke based on ontological , epistemological and empirical approaches, has revealed the role of conscious control played in the dynamics of speech post-stroke patients with efferent motor aphasia , designed and introduced a program of intensive speech correction in patients after stroke during the recovery period ;The author has elaborated the idea of the mental characteristics of post-stroke patients , and the impact of internal picture of health on their mental activity ; - having received further development: understanding of psychological and psycholinguistic features of personality's speech, its phases: perception, comprehension and production.The practical significance of the results is the development and testing of an intensive speech correction program of post-stroke patients with efferent motor aphasia in the recovery period. The results can also be used by teachers in the lecture courses "General Psychology", " Neuropsychology", "Psycholinguistics", "Cognitive Psychology", etc.These findings are widely used in psychological and rehabilitation centers with persons after stroke during the recovery period . A neuropsycholinguistic study can be used in research projects to learn psychological foundations of personality's speech in the norm and pathology .Scope institutions of higher education, psychological services.
