Gorban L. Formation of professional readiness of future social workers to vocational guidance work with unemployed young people

Dissertation presents the theoretical analysis of modern approaches to the formation of professional readiness of future specialists of social work; content and structure are systematized, the difficulties in realization of vocational guidance work with unemployed young people are defined. The components are highlighted; criteria, indexes and levels of readiness of students to vocational guidance work with unemployed young people are defined. The project is grounded and the algorithm of formation process of future social workers professional readiness to vocational guidance work with unemployed young people is approved. The educational-methodical and technological provision of the formation of future social workers readiness are developed and implemented to vocational guidance work with unemployed young people.
