The thesis deals with the actual problem of the professional and pedagogical education - training of future primary school teachers for development of junior pupils' creative abilities in the learning process. In the thesis theoretical analysis of the problem of the development of pupils' creative abilities has been done, the possibilities and conditions for the development of junior pupils' creative abilities in the learning process have been characterized. The essence of the training and readiness of students for development of pupils' creative abilities has been defined and theoretically revealed. The criteria, indicators and levels of the readiness of future primary school teachers for development of junior pupils' creative abilities have been found out. Didactic model of the training of future primary school teachers for development of junior pupils' creative abilities has been developed, theoretically grounded and experimentally checked.
