In the research work the scientific and theoretical principles of the civil servants' professional activity in the conditions of eurointegration are grounded. The term of "civil servants' psychological readiness to work in the conditions of eurointegration" is explained. The ways of the development of the civil servants' psychological readiness to work in eurointegration conditions are developed. The approaches to forming the civil servants' psychological readiness in the conditions of Ukraine's eurointegration are founded. The influence of Europeanization of public administration on the allocation of competences on the basis of three-dimensional structure of personality psychology public servant is justified and thus the creation of the preconditions for the formation of psychological readiness to the effective implementation of European integration.
