Essay

Main point and peculiarities of the formation and functioning of the regional labor market in the context of its influence on migration and settling of the population are revealed in the thesis. Terminological and notinal concepts of this issue are improved. The methodology of human-geographical research of the regional labor markets in their relationship with the settlement and migration is formulated. Demographic, socio-economic, educational and qualifying factors in the formation and functioning of the Kirovograd regional labor market are analyzed. A spatial-temporal analysis of employment, unemployment, supply and demand and remuneration at Kirovograd regional labor market is carried out. The basic features of its dynamics and spatial distribution are discovered. Local labor markets of the Kirovograd regional labor market are classified and the changes of settlement and migration in Kirovograd region are investigated. The issues of Kirovograd regional labor market are specified and the long-term directions of its development by determined types of local labor markets are proposed.
