Essay

The thesis made a theoretical study and solves new scientific problems, approaches to improving of the quality of life of alcohol dependent patients on by stabilizing therapeutic remission by the use combined relapse-prevention therapy. A comprehensive comparative clinical-psychopathological and psychodiagnostic characteristic of the patients at the stage of hospitalization and at the time of formation of therapeutic remission is presented. The dependence of the treatment efficacy of residual manifestations of craving for alcohol and quality of life were described. Correlations between various clinical, psychodiagnostic characteristics and quality of life at the moment of hospitalization (active alcohol dependence) and the establishment of therapeutic remission were analyzed. Characteristics of quality of life of patients in a state of partial remission were presented. On the basis of a comprehensive clinical psychopathological and psychodiagnostic examination the prognostic value of each received informative and predict amplitude characteristics and on this basis diagnostic table to predict maintenance therapy efficiency were established. Dynamic prognostic factors of relapse, i.e. therapeutic target to minimize the probability of adverse prognosis were described. Based on the analysis of efficacy maintenance therapy with a positive or negative treatment optimal approaches to such therapy to improve quality of life of patients were developed.
