Essay

In the thesis we investigate the historiography of the scientific and pedagogical heritage of K. Ushynskiy in the works of the native scholars. It has been shown, that his pedagogical system was influenced by specific historical circumstances, especially by the deep sociopolitical, socioeconomic, cultural and pedagogical factors. The author marks that the scholar became known for his understanding and developing of his own pedagogical paradigm, that corresponded to time demands, his main ideas are actual even today.
