Object of study: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) І-II stages; the purpose is to increase efficiency of treatment of COPD patients in stages I-II through the correction of the fatty acids spectrum in the membranes of erythrocytes and blood plasma by means of application of interval normobaric hypoxic therapy and fenspiride; research methods: clinical, spirography, gas-liquid chromatography, electronic microscopy; novelty: for the first time the features of the fatty acid composition of erythrocyte membrane and plasma of blood in COPD patients in stages І-II, for the first time demonstrated the efficiency of application of the interval normobaric hypoxic therapy and fenspiride in ensuring recovery of fatty acids equilibrium in the membranes of erythrocytes and blood plasma, the schemes of differentiated non-medical and medical treatment taking into account the peculiarities of fatty acids violations.
