Zakropyvniy O. Territoriality as a principle of structure of the courts of general jurisdiction in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of problems in the field of construction of the system of courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine on principle of territorialness with the purpose of determination of the new accesses to the realization of the judicial and legalreform. On the basis of theoretical works, analysis of judicial practice and norm sofcurrent legislation of Ukraine, the author searches into a matter about relation of becoming of territorialnessas principle of construction of the system of courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine in historical, legal and comparatively legal aspects, on the basis of modern acquisitions and lacks of judicial and legal reform realization. Here is newly search edito a metter of territorial construction of the system of courts of general jurisdiction are taking into account thenecessity of accessing of judicial bodies to the population and estrange from the stereotypes of forming of the judicial system on the basis of administratively-territorial division. On the basis of it, the complex of suggestions is offered in relation to making alteration and additions in the articles 19, 21, 26 and to a 146 Law of Ukraine "About judicsary and judge's status". Special attention is spared the problem of formation of local and appeal judicial districts.
