Kravchenko I. Genesis of Labour Potential of the Modern Ukrainian Society in Conditions of Transformational Changes : Social and Philosophical Dimensions

Thesis is a whole social and philosophical research of a labour potential and its connection with social transformations in the Ukrainian society in the second half XX - beginning of XXI centuries. It is stated in the research work that nowadays the essence of the notion "labour potential" is being filled with acknowledgment of the necessity of actualization of labour potential in labour activity of a single personality as well as society in the whole. On the basis of the analysis of radical social and economical changes, particularly in the Ukrainian society, in the thesis the dependence of labour potential on transformation of the industrial society into post industrial (informational) and in the perspective globalized one is stated. The transformation in question is done on the basis of the change of the professions in systems "human - nature", "human - technique", "human - human", "human - sign system", "human - artistic image" domination. In the context of that labour potential is being researched not only as the necessary condition of labour potential of a person statement and development but also society organization in general. It is proved that reconstruction and development of the Ukrainian society's labour potential depends directly on the state strategic theoretically justified policy, particularly in the sphere of education and science, realization.
