The paper is devoted to the problem of storage winter wheat grain and flour, grown at various agriculture systems in the conditions of Right-bank Forest-steppe. On the basis of experimental data optimum modes and terms of winter wheat production various pristine quality are positioned. Influence suitably-environmental conditions, agriculture systems, and also modes and terms on safety on the basic technological indexes of winter wheat grain is investigated at long-term storage.
