The object - professional training of a future psychologist; research subject - the process of formation of pedagogical competence of future psychologist during the professional training; research methods: theoretical, empiric, statistical; goal of research lies in theoretical grounding of pedagogical conditions and model of pedagogical competence's formation of a future psychologist in the process of professional training; academic novelty of research lies in the fact that for the first time: from a perspective of competency building approach conceptual-methodological basis of organization of the process of pedagogical competence's formation of future psychologists are being theoretically grounded; stimulation of subjective position of future psychologists as to acquisition of pedagogical competence; use of forms and methods of contextual training during the process of studying and teaching professional - pedagogical disciplines. Supervision methods' use during organization of scientific-pedagogical practice, which provide efficiency of the given process during professional training; the essence, specifics and structure of pedagogical competence of future psychologist consisting of four components and integrated markers are separated; theory of modernization of higher psychological education together with became more developed, the concept of organization of professional - pedagogical training of future psychologist on the basis of competence approach became more developed.
