Essay

The object of the research is the process of professional readiness of the future teacher of philological specialities; the subject of the research are pedagogical conditions of effective formation of readiness for self-determination of the future teacher of philological specialities; the aim of the research consists in theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness for self-determination of the future teacher of philology, creation and experimental testing of the most effective influence of different kinds of educational activities on the formation of readiness for self-determination of the future teacher of philological specialities; methods of the research: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison of scientific literature on pedagogic, psychology, philosophy, the building of theoretical model); empirical: diagnostic methods (testing, interviews, conversations); observing methods (direct, indirect observation); prognostic methods (evaluation of experts, modeling, method of extrapolation, scaling, method of division); experimental methods; methods of mathematical statistics; the scientific novelty of the results: for the first time the theoretical and methodological conditions of formation of readiness for self-determination of the future teacher of philological specialities have been grounded; pedagogical conditions of involving students into different kinds of activity have been verified, theoretically grounded and experimentally checked for the purpose of effective formation of readiness for professional self-determination.
